Winter running...... Day 3

After my monumental two days took their toll, I managed to hobble round 15 miles today.

I'm now using ice packs like never before and limping around the flat *sad face* Damn Achilles heel!

Tomorrow is the last day, 5 mile laps so it may just be the 1. But I'll at least complete the 4 day challenge.
