Tame Me

The last hurrah of the River Tame before it joins the River Goyt on the other side of the M60 motorway in Stockport to form the River Mersey.

Note the buttress of the old railway bridge, part of which form the foundation for the motorway bridge.

The footbridge, carrying the Fred Perry Way, leads down from Lancashire Hill into Stockport.
