Today's theme, kindly set by Kangazu, is 'Can't live without'
Goodness, this opens up a wealth of possibilities, ranging from the literal to the more light hearted.  I've chosen to go with the 'wouldn't want to go without' end of the spectrum: Epping Forest brings me fresh air,  trees, wildlife, peace and quiet.....all the things that provide a break from the daily routine and make life more enjoyable,  Oh, and sunshine (which has been distinctly absent for the past week)  I love to see and feel the rays of the sun and this is something that we literally can't live without!
