A Hard Climb

I cycled up this mountain in The Alps this morning. Claire led us (about 25 spin freaks) right to the top. 

I would normally go to the gym on Tuesday evening but tonight I'm off to the theatre in Milton Keynes to see the ballet 'The Red Shoes'. I've had the tickets for nearly a year so I'm quite excited that it's come round at last. 

Extra: Me going into the gym this morning. The yellow heart is the gym's emblem with the motto "Follow Your Heart". I added a Valentine's message to you all.
