A wonderful experience tonight, to be able to attend dinner at the house of the Rockefeller president with acclaimed writer Prof. Jamaica Kincaid. Good company, incredible food and yes, flanked by a Picasso on the wall. Rockefeller never ceases to amaze me. On the picture you see Prof. Kincaid answering one of the the questions during the after-dinner interview, which was undoubtedly related to her love for horticulture and her ability to tell stories of off flowers. Her character Lucy kept me company this weekend, a wonderful fictional heroin and I was happy I could share this with her creator too.
