Zoe and Marj are in love!

What better way to celebrate a sunny and bright Valentine's Day, than to go for a walk by the river with Zoe? We left the car in Acomb Village and walked down to the river and then upstream, before retracing our steps.

There were quite a few other dogs, so Zoe had a great time racing around and playing. When one owner could not persuade her three to go with her, I showed Zoe the ball and she came thundering towards me. The ball is the great incentive.

Here she is retrieving it from a puddle.  In the extra you can see its fate later on! Zoe kept going to the river side and looking, hopefully, but was not prepared to go swimming. Nor was I!

I had a good sleep this afternoon and look forward to a quiet evening at home.
