Room with a view

Arrived Madeira and our hotel in Santana on the north coast. Fantastic view from window. Had a brief walk up (and it was up all the way) to the village where there are traditional steep roofed thatched cottages. Mainly there for the tourists but we did see one that was lived in with several extensions to adapt to modern living.
