A Clearing in the Wood

My idea of a souvenir is perhaps not so traditional. Many of slopes of Madeira are covered in Eucalyptus trees, which were originally plated to stabilise them, but have become invasive and have little practical use. Apart from paper making, the only other use is their use in these head-clearing sweets.
