After one of the toughest marathon training sessions this feast was always welcomed. Ever since the schedule was announced last August Tuesday February 14th has been circled as one of dark days for us. 10 x 1 mile sprint efforts with a 90 second recovery after each mile. So 40 laps of the track pretty much at full pelt. Pleasant, not.

In other news Munich is off tomorrow after an administration error booked me on a return flight, due to be on Thursday, but actually was for March 16th... it was only £600 for a seat home on the flight I thought I was originally on... trip cancelled
