Vin du Domaine du Diable

Quiet rest day with my guests, so we had a big dinner with several bottles of wine. Normally for the two of us a bottle does us 2 or 3 meals, but with 5 people and a 2 hour meal, we went through 3. Several were samples I needed to test and classify, as this one.

Then we went on to continue to watch through the DVD archive of Firefly, which never has made it to Switzerland :)
