Drafting

I recently did a 24 hour zine. The entire zine had to be written and laid out and copied within a 24 hour period.

That experience of having that strict deadline to work toward de-complicated my perception the zine making process. It ironed out my hang-ups and reasons for procrastinating. I am now a lot more productive because of it.

Today I am drafting my third zine in as many months. It makes me happy to have had zine-making clarified into its simplest form: write words, publish.
