Spring Sprung

... Or so it seems today in the garden.

I was home for a few minutes between work and hospital and grabbed this shot of Iris 'Lady Beatrix Stanley' which has burst forth since I was last here in daylight.

Jamie has lost the use of his arms, temporarily we think, and is going to be in for a little while.  His hands are working, so the wiring still works and today there is more movement at the wrist.  Tomorrow, the elbow!  Jacinta and I are taking turns on duty and most of normal life is suspended but only for a while we hope.
