Hooked

Spent the whole day at my desk, tweaking my skeletons database. I didn't feel like a walk so I'm afraid the dogs missed out. Before dinner though I took myself off to the health club for my first swim in a week and it was really nice to get back to it. Knackered now though. Oh and this is all I took photograph-wise today (the hooks in my changing cubicle...).
