Keeping Happy
A wet day but a great walk in the pouring rain at lunchtime put a smile on my face.
We had poached egg on toast for dinner trying out an 'innovative' poaching technique involving putting the whole egg with its shell into boiling water in a frying pan for 90 seconds and agitating it, then removing its shell and leaving it in the water until poached. It worked well and is a good way of poaching several eggs at the same time.
