Young Whooper Swan

This young swan has been on the Peedie Sea in Kirkwall for at least a week. I photographed it before, but this time I liked the water dribbling from it's bill every time it surfaced from feeding. Lots of gulls there too and I got three Nearctic gulls- a glaucous and two Iceland, one of which was a Kumlien's- a sub-species. I didn't identify it as such but left that to an expert pal who saw the images on Facebook.
