Up the Glen

Took the dog up Catacol Glen and took this view across Catacol Pool on the way back, a very nice day, if a little breezy, tried some nice long exposures, but the shoogly red rowan berries in the corner of shot rather distracted from the cool calm water! I stayed fairly flat, though am pleased to report the knee is much better today. An activity weekend coming up though, so will need to be careful. We're taking the young folk from church to Lendrick Muir, which should be a good laugh.

Mum's drugs seem to be helping, she is much more active today, and not just because she feels she should be and was told by her physioterrorist that she should be staying as active as possible, but simply because moving hurts less (still hurts, but definitely less).

Back up to the mainland tomorrow, lets hope it's a nice crossing!
