Shell and Coral Sculpture

While on a beachcombing adventure in Tulum, Mexico we collected several curvaceous fragments of shells and bits of coral.

The thought struck me of recombining these pieces to create an abstract sculpture.

Strangely, the outcome of my doodling with these Mexican beach artifacts produced an object that brings snow covered pine trees to my mind.
