View from the heli-pad
This morning, after breakfast, we assessed the weather in the direction we were heading. This is what it looked like.
The building with the white roof is the accommodation block. Our room was at the far end looking left. But the windows were not built for enjoying the view. Being the highest mountain hotel in Europe, the assumption is that you get plenty of view before and after staying there so the hotel is for sleeping.
It stayed pretty overcast all morning but settled in to rain at lunch time. By which time we were in reach of public transport.
