Edinburgh by Night - Traffic Trails

There are not many places in Edinburgh where you can look down on the traffic unless you have access to high buildings. The advantage of this if you are doing traffic trails is that you get nice clean traffic trails without the glare of lights as they pass you. This was taken from North Bridge looking down on East Market Street and Jeffrey Street. I was wandering around the North Bridge area in the early evening continuing my occasional series of images of Edinburgh by night. I usually take these shots in the hour or so before I go to the Wednesday lecture at Edinburgh Photographic Society. Fairly soon this project will have to be paused as sunset gets later and later. 
I have included another shot looking along the North Bridge to the Balmoral Hotel as I am unlikely to be visiting this area again this year.
