Oi...

For those who have followed my journal for a bit now....remember Moe and Joe, the cormorants?  I now know how all those shopping carts/trolleys get into the pond.  As wonderful as it is to see people out playing hockey, I was saddened to see the number of carts on the ice as well which means that comes Spring, those carts will likely be submerged and be 'posts' for the birds.  Would you not think that store employees would be sent to retrieve them off the ice?  Of course, they are likely frozen into position by now....sad.  Oi...

Not an inspiring blip, but it caught my eye...

Big day today as a coordinator from the Board office is in to observe our children with special needs to decide what level of support they warrant.  Cross fingers that we get more support and don't get any pulled from our school.  We are barely hanging on as it is!  The biggest downfall of inclusion is that funding does not provide sufficient support to make it successful.  Oi...

One more day and the weekend is here with promises of double digit temps!  Woo Hooo!!!  I can feel Spring coming  : )))
