Ae Fond Kiss

I had another early start with a call at 8 am! I had a break at 10 am to do my 7 minute workout again! Actually its quite ok - 7 minutes are bearable! Maybe I will move on to the 12 minutes one day ....
I only got out after 5 pm - the weather was not too great and I am missing the sun energy boost I had yesterday.
I run some errands, took some photos of Karen's shop and was home at 7:30 to continue some work.
Somehow this carried on until late, but I cleaned up some folders and felt good about it.
Neil came only after 1 am. He had things to finis to deadlines. Poor man!
