I finally got some functioning scales at the end of Nov and found I'd gone up to 14st. I mean who knew that eating a family bar of chocolate every night & not exercising could lead to weight gain?
So I decided to take action and went on a fairly simple eating regime (tea for breakfast, smoothie for lunch, normal dinner plus cut out the snacks). I'd like to pretend it was some Homeric struggle but, combined with marathon training it was okay.
I also used this app to track foods and weight loss & today I reached the target weight I'd set myself of 12st. Not exactly skinny but lighter than I've been for 20 years probably.
Now, bring the pies!
