T'Mill

Ended the day at an empty mill. Over half a million square feet built between 1895 and 1902. Its empty now, nobody wants space like that anymore for warehousing or manufacturing. Reports say that converting it to flats would lose you £2 million, its not exactly docklands living, its in an area where a terraced house renovated would give you quite a bit of change from £50,000.
Nobody knows what to do with it, shame really.
