There is a boat that lies at anchor in the harbour

We are having to do a lot of moving about at the moment, accommodation has not been quite as easy as past times and so tonight a new venue - for 3 nights. We are in the very bijou hamlet of Mapua on a tidal river and this is the view we look out on. There is a little ferry that goes to and fro from Mapua to Rabbit Island (100 metres) taking and picking up cyclists who have riden out from Nelson. We are staying next to the little wharf so plenty to interest us but l could just sit stare at this view.
