Abstract: Waindinsky by Lounardo

This is me ! with a little artistic licence. I am about to' walk across Striding Edge at this point. This was an oil painted impression (by Lounardo - proof that daughters can be very useful and talented!) of a picture taken in the Lake District. You never forget the times you 'skip' across the edge - one slip and you are gone. There is always a bit of a queue however, with dogs, little kids, experienced mountain climbers and the relatively foolish who do not have a clue! Better not to know sometimes.
