Terrific terrine

I enjoying cooking but when you are working and don't have much time it cam become a chore. I have taken the opportunity of having some time (not to mention the use of my mother-in-law's kitchen) to try out some new recipes.

Hubby saw this in a magazine and liked the look of it. As I am blackblipping I can confirmed it tastes as good as it looks. Very pleased with it and if anyone wants the recipe I have attached it below.
