In search of Spring - No.3
I always look forward to this happening.
Hazel bushes / trees produce their Catkins and also this tiny fully formed red flower.
Why it impresses me? who knows. Perhaps it marks my escape from SAD, which, oddly enough, has had very little effect on me since I retired…
Maybe its just that "Every picture should have a little red in it" somewhere.
