Railings?
Yesterday I blipped part of the ornate railings in Cheltenham, today the opposite side of the coin.
During WW1 and WW2 metal railings were cut down to be used in armaments and still today the stubs of metal showing through the top of walls is a common sight. The 50p piece is only there to indicate the size of the railing.
See yesterday's blip.
