This is in Holambra, São Paulo, Brazil. Holambra os The joining of Holanda( Holland) and Brazil. The town is one of the largest producers of tulip bulbs, worldwide, boast a month long Flower Show( Expo Flora) and has some great Dutch cookie shops as well. There is a blend of architecture and urban planning as well. Worth a look.
