'New' Newspaper!

Today saw the launch of a ' new' English language, free, weekly, newspaper, on the Costa Blanca. We are lucky in that there are several free English language newspapers, easily available in this area.

We know, of course, that they are all supported by the income from advertising. However, they are a medium for publishing information about local issues, events, charities, clubs and associations.
Today's front page story was about the Spanish Red Cross reaching out to support members of the British ExPat community who might be in need.....and appealing for volunteers, especially for those who speak both English and Spanish.
Wishing the paper every success in providing an extra dimension for English speaking people on the Costa!
