Foggy first day

First day of half term and it has been a pea souper. No mail, no papers and no flights leaving for holidays. It cleared for about two hours this afternoon and then returned and seems like it's here to stay.
We had a lazy morning after the illness of yesterday, which, fingers crossed, seems to have disappeared. Then dropped C to town for the purchase of his girlfriend's birthday presents. H and I went for a walk with my sister and the babies. J spent time returning pieces of seaweed to the sea saying, 'see you later' to each piece as he threw it! :-)
