Flatford Mill

John Constable stood or sat here and painted what was to become one of the country's most famous paintings - The Haywain.

It clearly wasn't February when he painted this scene. It was much greener!
 This  is Constable's painting.

Had a lovely walk in this area, through fields and along the riverbank.
