Oysters a la Anne

Had some tempura oysters on Valentine's day as a starter and delicious they were! So on my next trip to the fish counter found another batch and snaffled them. Anne decided they had to be done differently. Hence the oysters in a spiced butter. Shame that we don't have smell a vision....
