Up early;
Caversham to Reading Rail Station
Reading to Paddington
Paddington to Canning Town
Canning Town to Cyprus
We arrived around five minutes late but having phoned ahead we were ok.
Sam went off for her interview and I drank coffee and read the paper for an hour and a half. Sam arrived back pleased with the way it had gone.
Reversed the route back to Mark's where we loaded the car and set off for home.
Just south of Bristol there was an excited squeal as Sam learnt via e-mail that she had a place in her first choice University on the strength of her portfolio cue very proud Dad.
Home where the thirty-six hour trip was recounted blow by blow to her Mum
