Fishing Tackle

Sorry, nothing arty for you today.

I sat in the birdhide for an hour this afternoon watching some goldeneyes out on the loch. Almost didn't notice this heron (Ardea cinerea) that crept up very close to the hide. I hoped I might see some fishing action, but after staring into the water for a few minutes, it decided to silently slip away and look for its tea elsewhere.
