Divest

We joined a gathering at Pioneer Courthouse Square in downtown Portland in support of divesting in banks that support the Dakota Access Pipeline.
Native Americans have been blocking construction on this project for close to a year, by actually staying on 'their' land which is at risk from oil profits. 
Through a winter that has been brutal at times. 

This, on a day, when the new Trump head of the Environmental Protection Agency has been officially confirmed. A white man who has, in his past job, fought against many good things that the EPA has stood for. 
"You can't make this stuff up"!
