The Scottish Borders

Today I headed down to Melrose and the BGH to see the doc about my leg.

K and I stopped off for a mcd's breakfast on route. I had pancakes which actually were reasonably nice.

I got some of the best news - if all goes well during surgery next week then I won't need another cast!! I'm so so so happy about this =)

I'm now wishing I'd let people draw on my cast as I was thinking/was under the impression i was going to have a walking cast for another 6 weeks after this...
