Celebrating Kelvin

Went to a photography workshop in Belfast this morning with mrshb70 as part of NI Science Festival. It was about white balance and the science theme was light 'temperature', hence the link with Lord Kelvin.

The workshop was in the premises of 'Belfast Exposed', which I hadn't heard of until today. It seems to be a gallery with a lot of community outreach and they have an extensive archive of the 'Troubles', apparently.

I liked the simplicity of this gallery shot. I've put another couple in extras to show the difference in tone when using different K values (or white balance settings).
