Bb's Birthday Dinner

At last we were able to toast Bb's birthday in the Turkish restaurant of the Kempinski Hotel. These last few days have been very busy, so it was lovely to catch our breaths and enjoy each other's company and the delicious food. We went for the tasting menu and would definitely recommend it....a bit too much food for us though, so we had to pace ourselves: dips and hot bread, yoghurt mint soup, 8 different types of mezze each - a mix of hot and cold, slow cooked milk lamb, then dessert of a Turkish cheese and pastry flan. It was good then to just take the lift upstairs as we'd treated ourselves to staying the night. Happy birthday Bb!
