Look up!

Today I am taking the day off studying. I have been getting stuff done instead, such as reminding people I am still alive, catching up on birthdays that flew past whilst I was in an assignment writing huddle of desperation, and buying necessities. Yes, undergarments. I have just come back from a very pleasant meander around town sourcing the requisite items from relevant places (my son prefers a particular brand of sports socks), but how refreshing not to be in a desperate rush! How nice to look up from the shop fronts and enjoy the beautiful decoration that often adorns the upper floors of our old buildings.
