Out and About in Almeria No.11

After most of the week staying close to home, not able to do much with this Sciatica problem I was glad to have a run out today.

We went to Alcolea which is only about an hour away as I wanted to catch the Almond Blossom.   The main picture was taken from the roadside looking towards the snow capped Sierra Nevada.   I like the contrast of Spring and Winter in the blossom and snow.

Other extras - a close up of the blossom and an interesting old door we discovered in the village.   The place was up for sale and in need of a good bit of repair but it looked quite large - I liked the derelict look of it and this religious icon on the door.

Suffering now for it!!    More paracetamol shortly!
