Ready steady bake

Nice home day today, sun was shining, the boy and his cousin playing. While Jan and Mandy visited Grandma I made these Black Forest cup cakes and a coconut loaf using my new mixer :)

We were going out for dinner but then realised it was Valentines so opted to eat at home, I made Steak with creamy spinach and mushroom sauce.
