Worlds best Raspberry Vinegar

Cookery nowadays is all about simple and effective recipes so I am sharing one of my favorites with the blip world.

To make the worlds best raspberry vinegar get a bottle of cheap white wine vinegar and half a punnet of fresh raspberries. Put them in a jar for a week and shake them every day. Sieve this to get the worst of the pulp out then filter it through some kitchen paper and voila you have the tastiest raspberry vinegar.

So in short, mix vinegar and raspberries and you get raspberry vinegar, Simples ;-)

Its great on Salads without oil for a calorie free bit of yummieness.
