Alloloping across the glistening sand
A-mooching to and fro
Family and dog a merry band
Round rocks and puddles slow.

Lights on pier and lining the coast
Watery reflections a pretty sight
Gazing up at our sparkly host

(4 of us did Park Run this morning. It was flat - a first - and there were 305 friendly runners - that's a huge crowd!)
