Brunch at JPs

Back in Edinburgh and first stop is brunch at Joseph Pearces. They do a lovely brunch of smoked salmon (or bacon) with poached eggs atop mushrooms, tomatoes and toasted brioche.

In a town that is unfortunately overrun by rather ordinary breakfasts, this is a pretty top pick for an innovative and tasty breakfast. Plus JP uses Artisan Roast for their coffee, which means you're guaranteed a tasty cup.
