If it's bright and blue . . .

. . . it must be Abu Dhabi.   Back again, arriving in the dark with only this arresting shot on hand.   Not that I'm complaining . . . as I've said before I like the way it anchors the trips here, so much so that I asked for a change of room to have the view again.   'That will mean twin beds, sir,' the receptionist said.
 'That'll be fine,' I replied, doing a quick give and take calculation.  I needn't have worried as each of the twins is as big as our double bed in Barcelona!

The other bright and blue thing of the trip was The Red Sea which I flew over for the first time as I headed out of Cairo this afternoon.   What a thrill!    A 'commercial traveller' is what I am and always will be.
