Take A Hawk For A Walk

Decided on a Snowdrop Trail at Thorp Perrow Arboretum near Bedale for today's activity. This was the first time we have visited and ended up wondering why.

Lots of Snowdrops to enjoy. On our route round spotted a family taking a hawk for a walk in the woods. It was a tad reluctant to return to the novice and so the senior handler stepped in with some tit bits in her glove.

Just had time to pop in to see the owl demonstration before stopping off at the excellent cafe. If you haven't been would definitely recommend it.
