Maeve the Deerhound slept through until the alarm clock ... good !
Grocery shopping over by mid morning. Maeve stayed at home.

We all went for a walk before lunch. We went round to the harbour, had a wander round the old quay, then went along past the ferry terminal to the park. All the creel and fishing boats were in today. Ronja Supporter had sailed so the new quay had no boats, just one of the big loading cranes at one side which was still jacked up with all of its wheels off the ground. We walked out to the end of the park along the shore path then came back along the street side and came home through town. The bookshop was closed but there was an intriguing book in the window.

Later Apothecary7 was layering gesso on a canvas and making textural marks in preparation for a painting.
