Dizzy Duck...

I spotted this duck on Swan's Pool in Macclesfield during another very pleasant morning walk with my camera. It was having a good scratch so I'm hoping that it kept its fleas to itself!

We're hoping that we're on the way to getting Mum-in-law's future care fixed up. She's making good progress in hospital - her swollen knee is much better and her walking is improving. We've made our definite choice of care home (the one we liked on Friday) and the staff from there will be assessing her on Tuesday. Assuming that they accept her we're keeping our fingers crossed that she can move there later in the week.
