An Asian Affair

My mum was quite keen to check out the local Asian supermarket to see what's on offer, as she'll be back for a longer spell over Xmas, when our little critter is due to be born. I guess she expects to be doing a lot of the cooking!!

She was quite happy with what she found and cooked us up a ripper of a meal - vegetable gyozas, lemongrass chili tofu and pork belly with rice.

Can't wait for Xmas!
